Andrew McGuire

Andrew McGuire is director and executive producer of Million Dollar Men Live, overseeing creative development, casting, and the strategic international growth of the touring franchise.
With over 30 years of professional performance experience spanning theater, television, and commercial entertainment, Andrew began his career in the West End at age 11 in Cameron Mackintosh’s UK tour of Oliver!. He went on to perform globally for iconic fashion and commercial brands before channeling his performance expertise into live entertainment. In 2017, Andrew introduced Million Dollar Men to the UK market — a fresh, premium reinvention of the live male entertainment format that has toured the UK and Europe, including historic landmark performances at the London Palladium. As executive producer, Andrew continuously evolves the show into a culturally relevant, experience-led production built to captivate modern audiences worldwide.

Amber Bennett-Ford

Amber Bennett-Ford is the Creative Director and Head of Brand for Million Dollar Men Live, leading the visual identity, creative vision, campaign direction, and immersive audience experience across the global tour.
An award-winning creative director and brand strategist, Amber has directed multi-million-pound visual campaigns for globally recognized brands including Dove, Gucci, GHD, and Stormzy—with her work celebrated at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Bringing her extensive experience guiding major international campaigns to the show, Amber ensures Million Dollar Men Live stands out as a visually stunning, culturally distinctive, and premium live experience that redefines the touring format.

Evangeline Thayer is the Director of US Communications, spearheading strategic messaging, experiential partnerships, and audience engagement for the show's highly anticipated expansion into the American entertainment market.
A high-profile communications and events professional, Evangeline has produced major experiential campaigns and events for Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and global tech leaders across Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.—including projects for Amazon, Google, Apple, and Marvel. A People’s Choice Webby Awards winner and SXSW speaker, Evangeline brings vital operational leadership and media expertise to elevate the Million Dollar Men brand as it launches across premium venues in the US.

Nikki West, Unit Production Manager, manages backstage logistics for Million Dollar Men LIVE in the USA. From event staff oversight to onsite media management, she ensures that the scenes behind the show run smoothly from all angles.
Nikki has over a decade of experience in bringing ambitious creative visions to life. A seasoned communications professional, Nikki has a track record of translating complex narratives into compelling storytelling and audience engagement strategies, with her work spanning media markets from Seattle through Chicago and Washington D.C. In the past few years, Nikki has shifted her focus to live events and broadcast media. She has served in roles supporting Seattle Sports Radio 710AM, KIRO Newsradio, The Seattle Mariners, LiveNation, and Bumbershoot Music Festival.
Nikki’s tenacious, funny, and creative media style makes an impact visible through her clients' work as seen in The New York Times, Refinery 29, Politico, The Chicago Tribune, Vice, HBO, The Washington Post, Forbes, Business Insider, and many more. She brings this same energy to red carpet interviews and collecting behind-the-scenes footage for Million Dollar Men LIVE.

Abi Anne Oliver is the Associate Choreographer for Million Dollar Men Live, directing choreography development, stage storytelling, and high-octane performance movement.
A British-born choreographer and movement director now based in Los Angeles, Abi has built an international career spanning live stage productions, television broadcasts, fashion, and commercial music entertainment. She has collaborated with major global artists including Lil Wayne and Bebe Rexha, alongside high-profile work on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Olympic events, and major live festivals. Abi brings an internationally influenced, sharp creative edge to the cast's live performance direction—elevating the raw energy, theatricality, and visual impact of every routine on stage.
