Combining expertise across performance, branding, communications, experiential events, and audience engagement, the team brings together world-class creative direction, large-scale production experience, and culturally driven storytelling to deliver unforgettable nights that resonate both on stage and beyond it. Andrew McGuire
Director & Creative Producer 
 

Andy McGuire is the creator and executive producer behind Million Dollar Men — one of the UK and Europe’s most recognisable modern live entertainment experiences. With over three decades of professional performance experience spanning theatre, television, fashion, and commercial entertainment, Andy has built a reputation for creating high-energy, audience-first productions that combine slick choreography, immersive crowd interaction, and commercially driven entertainment storytelling.

 

Beginning his career in the West End at just 11 years old in Cameron Mackintosh’s UK tour of Oliver!, Andy went on to perform across television, international musicals, and campaigns for global brands including Hugo Boss, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Adidas. His experience across live performance and commercial entertainment became the foundation for Million Dollar Men — a fresh reinvention of the live male entertainment format designed for modern audiences.

 

Under Andy’s creative direction, Million Dollar Men has grown into an internationally recognised entertainment brand, performing across the UK and Europe, appearing at the iconic London Palladium, and collaborating with major brands and large-scale live events. Alongside Million Dollar Men, Andy is also the creator and producer of The Vegas Tap Pack — a premium theatrical tap production signed in the United States by Sisco Entertainment and represented by Zoe Tyler — further establishing his reputation for developing commercially successful, internationally marketable live entertainment concepts.

 

As Executive Producer, Andy oversees the creative development, live production, casting, choreography, and strategic growth of the brand, continually evolving Million Dollar Men into a culturally relevant, experience-led entertainment property built to captivate modern audiences and redefine expectations within the live entertainment industry.

Amber Bennett-Ford

Head of Brand & Experience

Amber Bennett-Ford is an award-winning creative director, brand strategist, and visual storyteller recognised for crafting commercially impactful campaigns, premium brand identities, and large-scale creative experiences across entertainment, beauty, fashion, publishing, and global consumer brands.

 

With a career spanning advertising, experiential design, and entertainment, Amber has led multi-million-pound campaigns across TV, digital, social, print, retail, and large-format outdoor media — combining cinematic visual direction with strategically driven brand storytelling.

 

Her portfolio includes globally recognised brands and cultural properties including Dove, Simple, Sunsilk, St. Ives, GHD, Gucci, Fifty Shades of Grey, Stormzy, Tom Hanks, Harper Lee, James Patterson, Tim Peake, Johnny Marr, and Tina Turner. From bestselling publishing franchises and entertainment launches to international beauty campaigns and luxury consumer branding, her work has shaped audience engagement on a global scale.  

 

As Associate Creative Director at OLIVER, leading creative for U-Studio and Unilever brands, Amber oversees integrated campaigns, directs large-scale shoots, develops visual identities, and leads multidisciplinary creative teams across high-profile international accounts.

 

Her award-winning work includes campaigns recognised by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and the Book Marketing Society, including Dove’s iconic “Real Beauty Sketches” campaign and multiple bestselling publishing launches.   Her creative work and artwork have also been recognised within music and contemporary culture spaces, including features associated with Boy George.

 

As Creative Director & Head of Brand for Million Dollar Men, Amber leads the creative vision, visual identity, campaign direction, and audience experience behind the brand — helping position Million Dollar Men as one of the UK’s most visually distinctive and culturally relevant live entertainment experiences.

Evangeline Thayer
US Communications Strategist

Evangeline Thayer is a communications and events professional with extensive experience producing high-profile events and strategic campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, major brands, and influential public figures across the United States. From Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., she has led the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events, executive experiences, brand activations, political engagements, and industry conferences with a reputation for precision, discretion, and creative excellence.

 

Throughout her career, Evangeline has collaborated with presidential candidates, celebrities, executives, and other high-profile individuals, managing complex logistics and high-visibility moments in fast-paced environments. Her client portfolio includes globally recognized organizations and brands such as Amazon, Google, Apple, Ducati, the Entertainment Software Association, Marvel, and José Andrés.

 

A recognized voice in the communications and events industry, Evangeline has also been a speaker at SXSW, where she shared insights on communications, live experiences, and audience engagement. A People’s Choice Webby Awards winner, she is recognized for her contributions to digital architecture, storytelling, and audience engagement.

 

Evangeline brings a unique combination of strategic communications expertise, operational leadership, and polished client service to every project she leads.

As US Communications Strategist for Million Dollar Men, Evangeline supports the brand’s expansion across the American entertainment market through strategic communications, audience engagement, experiential partnerships, and high-level event positioning. Drawing on her background delivering large-scale campaigns and premium live experiences for globally recognised brands and public figures, she helps shape the brand’s US presence through culturally relevant storytelling, strategic collaborations, and audience-first experiences designed to elevate Million Dollar Men as a modern, internationally recognised live entertainment brand.

The Million Dollar Men brand has evolved since its launch in 2017, with updated creative, branding and production formats developed under the direction of Andy McGuire.
